Qualifications:
- 4 years of family law litigation experience.
- Strong skills in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to draft and negotiate discovery.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings arguing in court and negotiating settlements.
- Commitment to working on challenging cases and building lasting professional relationships.
