Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a fulltime or parttime Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join our established practice at our Franciscan Physician Network Rheumatology Clinic located in Dyer IN. We are seeking a longterm partnership with a physician interested in joining an established practice. Our Dyer practice is comprised of three physicians one advanced practice provider and a seasoned support staff who specialize in the care of patients with arthritis osteoporosis and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patientcentric care high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build longlasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Practice Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Flexible fulltime or parttime schedule
Call expectation: 1:4
Average outpatient volume: 15 20 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: varies
Dedicated MA support
Strong primary care referral base
Robust collegial support available from specialists

Qualifications:
Doctorate Required
Physician License (MD/DO) Upon Hire Required and
Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) Upon Hire Required
