We are seeking a qualified and motivated Advanced Practice Practitioner to complement our rheumatology team. This full time position will support one experienced rheumatology physician in delivering high quality patient centered care. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage care for patients with rheumatologic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests prescribe medications and develop treatment plans with the support of the supervising Rheumatologist
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Maine
- Minimum of two years experience as a licenses NP or PA
- Previous Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
Certifications:
Physician Assistant (PA) - State of Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine
