At present we are in search of individuals to join our Business Development Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for following up with new prospective customers
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Distribute new customers to the appropriate Sales team member
  • Work with customers in a professional wellspoken manner
  • Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
  • Proactively build out a prospecting network
  • Log all activity in CRM
  • Follow up with all internet leads in a timely and effective manner
  • Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service Experience or Call Center experience is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Strong time management prioritization skills and the ability to multitask are essential
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening before employment
