Job Description
$18/hour Customer Service
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling of all incoming customer calls/contacts regarding order processing product availability order delivery order tracking pricing general product information and product quotation for both new and expired customer business.
- Acting as liaison between internal departments including but not limited to sales manufacturing engineering and quality to ensure all customers receive a positive Osborn experience.
- Exceptional problem solving skills concerning troubleshooting customer orders order tracking follow up and follow through with internal departments/individuals.
- Working with a high degree of accuracy following established company/department policies and procedures.
- Initiating and maintaining customer information in SAP system.
- Retaining an advanced knowledge of product information by participating in ongoing training.
- Participation in daily production meetings regarding order status and customer concerns.
- Preparation of necessary reports as requested.
- Assist in training any new customer service associates as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Working knowledge of SAP system (preferred)
- 1 2 years Microsoft Office experience
- Strong reasoning ability
- Strong analysis ability
Education and Training
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical Field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 3 years Customer Service experience in a fast pace manufacturing business to business environment
