BI Operations Analyst- Maternity leave replacement for 8 month

As a BI Operations Analyst on the Business Analytics & Business Intelligence team in our Tel Aviv office youll play a vital role inyou will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to create data driven solutions extract and visualize actionable insights from large volumes of data through reporting and analytics.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analysis/ BI Operations role working with large data sets and/or complex Excel models
• Master in SQL and complex queries
• Experience with using and building/developing reports with various BI Tools (preferably Qlik Sense)
• BA/BSc. required preferably in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/ Data analysis
• Excellent attention to details and the ability to remain organized
• Strong communications skills verbal and written
• Project management skills ability to lead and manage a project E2E incl. managing timelines collecting requirements and prioritizations of tasks to other teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of agility to changing circumstances and priorities

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in online businesses especially online advertising preferably adtech.
• Python experience Advantage

As a BI Operations Analyst youll bring value by:

• Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient data infrastructure solutions.
• Automate data workflows to streamline processes reducing manual efforts and improving accuracy in reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. IT/Data IS R&D Product) to ensure seamless integration of BI tools with other systems and data models.
• Work closely with the BI Development team to Develop maintain and automate operational and executivelevel reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders (Business Finance FP&A Sales Ops) to understand their reporting needs and ensure data is effectively visualized and communicated.
• Monitor data infrastructure performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and fast processing times.
