Heres how a Business Technology Student for our Civiloffice located in Tempe AZ will contribute to our team.
Responsibilities
- First level contact for technical support and problem resolution for users at all levels.
- Supports a variety of computer hardware and software by asking the right questions identifying researching and resolves technical problems inperson as well as remotely and inoffice as well as on construction jobsites.
- Maintains complete and accurate documentation of all sites.
- Manages and tracking technology assets accurately.
- Performs a variety of regular technical operations duties and maintenance tasks.
- Works on team projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- High energy and passion for helping people succeed at their job using technology
- Dedication to customer service excellence.
- Ability to work constructively with teammates both in person and remotely.
- Ability to work on multiple issues prioritize and work under pressure.
- Experience or desire to further explore Windows desktop operating systems Windows server operating systemsOutlookOffice 365 and Microsoft Teams networking equipment such as switches routers firewalls VPN and WiFi.
