Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Prospects:
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and industries.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather information about potential leads.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers.
Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate outbound communication with prospects through emails calls and social media.
- Tailor messaging to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Nurture relationships with leads through regular followups and engagement activities.
Lead Qualification:
- Assess the level of interest and potential fit of leads based on established criteria.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and customer profiles.
- Provide timely and detailed information about qualified leads to the sales team.
- Collaborate on strategies to enhance lead conversion rates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of leads conversion rates and other key indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in lead generation preferably in selling digital marketing and web development services.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
