- Answer incoming phone calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Respond to customers email inquiries in a timely manner
- Process orders forms warranty and claims
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Manage and update customer databases
- Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of back office plus customer service experience
- Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
- Team Player
- Amenable to work in a morning shift (Australian/New Zealand timezone)
- Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
- Client oriented
- Basic knowledge in SAP system
- Previous experience with Australian customer service account is an advantage
- Preferably with Customer Service experience that handles appliances (e.g. Hotwater heating air conditioning etc.
- Basic to advance M365 application skills (Excel Word Outlook)
- Amenable to work onsite
