Who You Are
- A skilled problemsolver with a mechanical mindset and an obsession for precision.
- 6 years of handson experience in motorsports or highperformance automotive industries (European car expertise a plus).
- Able to diagnose innovate and elevate vehicle performance
- Bachelors degree technical training or equivalent realworld experience in automotive or motorsports engineering.
- ASE Certification and experience with MoTeC AEM and advanced vehicle systems preferred.
- Thrive in a fastpaced teamdriven environment where speed accuracy and adaptability are key.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to handle highperformance machines with surgical precision.
What Youll Do
- Tear down rebuild and finetune highperformance Porsche vehicles to championship standards.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical mechanical and performance systems using industryleading diagnostic equipment.
- Optimize powertrains suspension and aerodynamics to extract peak performance.
- Perform road tests for performance validationbecause perfection is measured in tenths of a second.
- Collaborate with an elite team of engineers fabricators and technicians to push the limits of innovation.
- Maintain meticulous records and a clean organized workspacebecause precision extends beyond the cars.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your craft to stay at the top of the game.
