JobDescription
The Sales Consultant (Upsell) isresponsible for working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams tomanage and grow existing client accounts by initiating contact with clientsidentifying their needs and selling appropriate products and training programsto meet those needs.
The key responsibilities are:
Increase sales in respectiveaccounts by identifying needs and selling appropriate products and trainingprograms to meet those needs.
Establish buying influencesbudgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
Call existing customers andestablish buying cycles customer needs and create a customer supplierrelationship.
Maintain Salesforce accountsfor all accounts with payment status donation trends and various touch points.
Complete additional tasks asassigned to support the work of the department.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree (Fresher andexperienced candidates can apply) or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months in an internationalBlended process (voice and chat).
Strong communication skills(written and verbal).
Must be resultsdriven and highlymotivated and have the ability to present product information with confidence.
Must be able to work independentlyand as part of a team while taking on a high level of responsibility at afastgrowing organization.
