Responsibilities:
Track record of working in a clientfacing environment and developing/driving initiatives to ensure or improve upon a clients ROI with your services
Manage the deployment build standards and provide training where needed for internal tools to better manage OKRs roadmaps and backlogs
Manage highimpact/ highvisibility projects or programs across multiple business units to successful outcomes on time and within budget
The Program Manager serves as Lead on large client accounts and is accountable for the delivery management teams organization operational efficiencies and health within their assigned accounts.
Responsible for delivering accurate financial management of the accounts/brands to which they are assigned and for delivering improved account margins. In addition to the project responsibilities.
Liaise with and assist the Corporate Services team
Promote a culture of delivery and accountability to ensure that our programs have a high degree of impact on sales engagements and outcomes
Attend regional leadership meetings and present on programs and progress
Drive planning analysis design validation and delivery of all initiatives
Align schedules priorities and resources across multiple parallel projects
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of management experience in a metricdriven setting working in production operation or call center environment
2 years minimum working as a program manager
BS or BA degree from an accredited University or equivalent work experience preferred
PMP and Prince 2 certifications are desirable
Exceptional time management and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
Experience translating business needs into roadmaps and delivery plans
Able to effectively prioritize work/deadlines in a fastpaced environment
