Last academic year the Computer Science department was honored with NCCEs Computing Quality Mark. More recently it played a key role in securing a Good Ofsted rating through asuccessful Computer Science deepdive. Committed to staff development and continuous professional learning the department fosters career progression reflected in this vacancy arisingfrom internal advancement.
As a growing department we now offer two GCSE Computer Science classes and are dedicated to increasing female participation in the subject. We also take pride in providing a range of enrichment opportunities including Minecraft Club Esports Year 10 Revision and the Girls Computing Club.
We believe that all teaching and support staff posts within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of supporting student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious professionals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.
