**Prioritizing candidates located in the San Francisco or Los Angeles area. If were unable to hire locally we may open this search up to candidates who are willing to travel as needed based in Pacific Time or Mountain Time and able to work Pacific Time hours.**

That brings us to you.
Youre someone who loves planning events and all the work that goes in to making them happen. As a Production Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the production team in bringing to life all of Jacks creative sparks and thoughtful insights by ensuring flawless of assigned deliverables. You will demonstrate an understanding of the production process and are focused on learning and supporting the team.
What youll be doing:
- Support the production team to execute project components
- Coordinate communications between team members and assist in client communications
- Book external resources as needed/directed (crew members facilities travel)
- Track progress of project to ensure timelines are followed and updated accordingly
- Process invoices and assist in reconciling costs against budget as directed
- Create and maintain tracking reports of event status proposal status and budgets
- Assist with research presentations and other creative development tasks
What youll bring to Jack:
- Great Fits: Experience or Degrees in Events Hospitality Theater (Set Design Stage Management Lighting Design etc. and Communications
- Excellent attention to detail in any project you complete
- Expert scheduling and notetaking skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

This base pay range is specific to Colorado Connecticut Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
