Job Description
- Operate granulation equipment such as:
- Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
- Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
- Multi Mill
- Sifter
- Vibro Sifter
- High Shear Mixer (if applicable)
- Ensure correct batch processing according to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Accurately weigh and charge raw materials into the equipment per batch requirements.
- Monitor and document critical process parameters (CPPs)such as mixing time drying time inlet/outlet temperatures etc.
- Perform in-process checks such as Loss on Drying (LOD) granule particle size etc. as required.
- Clean and maintain equipment and working area as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
