Overview
We are looking for an IT Technician to support our organization and take ownership in supporting all related IT systems and related projects internally.
What you will do
- Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware and software specifically focusing on MacBook devices and essential applications to ensure seamless operation for internal employees.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with software vendors to optimize the performance and costeffectiveness of ITowned solutions.
- Manage and oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to ensure secure and efficient mobile operations across the organization.
- Lead the procurement and provisioning processes for all IT hardware ensuring timely availability of necessary equipment.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes including hardware provisioning and single signon configuration facilitating smooth transitions for new and departing staff.
- Maintain and support office video conferencing solutions to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research and provide support for new security and IT initiatives aligning IT strategy with organizational goals and adapting to technological advancements.
- Assist in audit and compliancerelated tasks to uphold company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in light project management to develop knowledgebased documentation and drive ITrelated initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency.
What you need
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support within a corporate setting demonstrating proficiency in a professional environment.
- Proven ability to provide comprehensive remote phone and email support to internal end users across multiple time zones ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Indepth expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Macrelated products including laptops and iPhones as well as business software applications such as Zoom and Google Workspace and audiovisual equipment including webcams and teleconference systems.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Experience in project management with a keen attention to detail ensuring the successful and completion of IT initiatives.
- Availability to be onsite at the office maintaining a strong presence to support company IT needs.
