What you will be doing in this role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Endoscopy & Procedures Centre youll report to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and collaborate with a passionate clinical leadership team. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating and delivering topnotch patient care while continuously evaluating and enhancing clinical practices.
In this exciting position youll be at the forefront of integrating cuttingedge clinical equipment and procedures ensuring our team remains at the leading edge of medical advancements. Youll also facilitate competency assessments fostering a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. Who were looking for:
- Youll have current AHPRA registration as an RN with at least 3 years post registration experience ideally in Anaesthetics.
- Youll have a relevant postregistration qualification with 12 months experience working within the clinical area of the specified qualification OR
- Youll have 3 years experience in a relevant specialist field.
- Youll be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in clinical decision making especially when it comes to problem identification and solution and analysing and interpreting clinical data
- Youll have excellent knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and evidencebased practice
- Youll have the flexibility to work a full time roster between the hours of 7am 830pm Monday Friday
- Youll have full Australian working rights
