Job Quick Facts:

Coverage Period: Feb 2026 - Ongoing
Coverage Type: Clinical Only
Shift Schedule: 36-40 hrs/week; 10/12-hr shifts
- At least 3 months; Usually 7a-530p or 7a-730p
- Others: 9a-730p/9a-930p/11a-1130p
Ave. No. of Surgical Cases: 100 per day
Annual ER Volume: 60000 visits/year
Patient Demographics: Whole lifespan of patients
- However a dedicated ped CRNA specialty team covers all peds cases.
Support Staff: OR Staff
Duties: CRNA be supervised or work independently.
Required Procedures:
- General Surgical Cases ADULT
- Spinal Anesthesia Neurosurgical Cases
- Ventilation Mgmt Local Infiltration
No. of ORs: 50
Trauma Level: I
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
- Will NOT do: open hearts regional anesthesia central lines; Dedicated CRNA teams covers ped thoracic & OB cases so locums will generally not do those cases.
- Lunch is generally considered unpaid; hence the 30-min add-on times for sched.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
ME License/willing to obtain
BC
BLS ACLS
More than 1 yr of Level I trauma center experience
