Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions. 1. Masters degree in Nutrition Dietetics or Dietetics and Food Administration; OR 2. Bachelors degree in Nutrition Dietetics or Dietetics and Food Administration AND Masters degree in Chemistry Public Health or Family and Consumer Studies/Home Economics; OR 3. Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential (valid for life) in Health and Physical Care Services and Related Technologies; OR Note: A Bachelors in Nutrition Dietetics or Dietetics and Food Administration AND certification as a registered dietitian is an alternative qualification for this pursuant to Title 5 Section 53410.1. 4.
