Position Overview The Joint Chiropractic is seeking an ambitious and resultsdrivenEnterprise Accounts Managerto drive revenue growth through strategic sales and client retention. Reporting to the SVP Development this role will focus on identifying securing and managing relationships with large corporate clients ensuring longterm partnerships and expanding our brand presence. This is a highimpact role responsible for executing enterprise sales strategies managing key accounts and delivering valuedriven solutions to corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that targets organizations across various industries.
Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation and pitch development to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at prospective and existing enterprise clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including Ops Services and PMO to create tailored solutions for enterprise accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics ensuring continuous improvement in conversion rates revenue and client engagement.
Maintain a strong pipelineof enterprise prospects using CRM tools and sales analytics.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in enterprise sales account management or business development preferably within a franchise or multiunit organization.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing large corporate accounts with substantial revenue impact.
Strong negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skillswith Clevel executives and key stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Pay $100000$140000 DOE plus incentive compensation
This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an inoffice presence at our Scottsdale AZ headquarters at least three days per week (TuesdayThursday).
