PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Join Our Premier Downtown Campus: This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading facility that integrates Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside a dedicated team of 11 providers including 8 physicians 2 Family Medicine 6 Internal Medicine) and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- ClinicOnly Practice: Focus on outpatient care with the option to take on hospitalist shifts throughout the year if desired.
- Flexible Hours: Enjoy a schedule that accommodates the needs of parents with schoolaged children.
- Supportive Environment: Benefit from a friendly teamoriented atmosphere with physicians and credentialed practitioners.
- Comprehensive Support: Access a 24hour Nurse Care line and RN nurse triage office support within the clinic.
- StateoftheArt Technology: Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for efficient patient management.
- Shared Call: Participate in a manageable call schedule of 1:7 with an average of 13 phone calls per night.
- Patient Volume: Expect to see an average of 1415 patients per day.
REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine
LOCATION
- Duluth MN: Located 150 miles North of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
- Service Area: Includes Duluth Superior and Hermantown with a combined population of 130000.
COMPENSATION
- $306000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
