SCRQSA(State License) in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography. Misc. Open to accommodating block schedule Approval prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Locals Accepted/Local Radius: Yes on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. Local radius is 60 miles. RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs.
