Are you passionate about advancing Inclusion in scientific research and drug development This internship offers a unique chance to contribute to a highimpact initiative within Pharmaceutical Sciences (PS) and pRED at Roche. You will help assess ongoing efforts identify gaps and develop strategies to embed inclusivity into the R&D frameworkdriving real change in how medicines are developed for patient populations.
What Youll Work On:
Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of inclusive research efforts in preclinical research and drug development
Identify key challenges and opportunities for ensuing wide representation in preclinical research and drug development.
Collaborate with experts across scientific strategic and business domains to gain insights into how best integrate inclusivity into their research and development strategies and shape actionable recommendation
Develop communication materials strategy and presentations to raise awareness and drive engagement across PS and pRED.

You are enrolled in or have recently completed a Masters degree (within the last 12 months) in Public Health Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
You are an independent thinker proactive and highly motivated taking initiative in a selfdriven environment. You take full ownership of your work stay committed to delivering highquality outcomes and are determined to see projects through from start to finish driving meaningful change within the internship period.
You have proven project management experience with the ability to structure work set priorities and deliver results along with business experience such as a previous internship or ongoing MBA.
You can synthesize and clearly communicate complex scientific information making insights accessible to stakeholders.
You can identify strategic and scientific gaps and collaborate with content owners to propose actionable solutions.
This internship is for selfdriven individuals who want to take ownership of their work and make a tangible impact on Roches approach to inclusivity in research. If you are passionate strategic and ready to drive change this is the right internship for you!
