Schedule: Parttime 2430 hours/week) Flexible Schedule
Compensation: $24/hr. $31/hr. DOE
Position Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Chief People Officer by performing a wide range of administrative and operational HR duties at Lighthouse Mission Ministries (LMM). The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others an eye for detail and a heart for Christcentered service. This position is instrumental in ensuring efficient daytoday HR operations including recruitment benefits administration employee support and compliancerelated recordkeeping.
This role is parttime to start 2430 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a fulltime position as organizational needs expand. It is perfect for someone who is processoriented techsavvy and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a growing organization.

Responsibilities:
Assist with job posting resume screening applicant communication and interview coordination
Process onboarding and offboarding tasks
Support benefits administration and staff inquiries
Maintain accurate HR records in BambooHR
Support employee leave administration (FMLA PFML ADA)
Draft internal HR communications and announcements
Coordinate staff events and engagement activities
Assist with incident reports and promote safety culture
Track employment law updates relevant to WA State
Run reports and support compliance reviews
Other duties as assigned
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to the Chief People Officer.
Collaborates with leadership hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
Represents LMM to job applicants and external HR vendors or partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
35 years HR experience (Degree preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite HRIS systems
Agreement with LMMs Statement of Faith and Life & Personal Covenant
Active church/prayer life and a heart for ministry
Preferred:
Experience in a nonprofit or faithbased organization
Familiarity with Washington State HR laws
SHRMCP or progress toward certification
Physical Demands & Environment:
Sedentary role with occasional walking/standing 70 sitting / 30
