Staff Nurse Flexible days/nights shifts
Hourly Rate: 22.50 plus paid breaks
36 to 48 hours per week available

What were looking for:
- Qualifications and registration: Valid NMC Pin and RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Health and Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Approach to Care: A compassionate patientcentred approach to nursing.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and interpersonal skill and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Your daytoday:
- Health Assessment and Care Planning: Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualised care plans.
- Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and document residents vital signs symptoms and overall health.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personcentred care.
- Education and Support: Educate and support residents and their families on health management and wellbeing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards to maintain highquality care.
- Safe and Supportive Environment: Promote and practice a safe clean and supportive environment for residents and staff.
