You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse (Adult) to lead and manage the Hospice at Home Team in order to deliver high quality Community End of Life Care. If you are a compassionate innovative motivated and forward thinking clinical leader then this could be the job for you.
The successful candidate will support and develop the team of nurses who line manage a large team of healthcare assistants and ensure high quality and safe care for patients in the last weeks of life and their families.
The Hospice at Home Team support patients who are in the last weeks of their life and want to be at home. The team works closely with families community nursing teams and the wider hospice services to give the best care and support possible at this crucial time.
Candidates must be a registered Clinician with a current NMC/HCPC registration and have experience in managing and leading teams. Palliative care experience would be an advantage as would community experience.
You must have a clean driving licence and access to a car.
It is a fulltime post working 7.5 hours each day Monday to Friday with some flexibility to contribute to the rota at weekends and bank holidays and an on call rota.

St Peters Hospice is a wellloved hospice that provides extensive inpatient and community services in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Every year St Peters Hospice makes a difference in the lives of thousands of patients and their families when it matters most.
Many of our staff work directly with patients and their families in nursing health care and medical jobs.
