Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between Loan Operations and Technology teams to define and prioritize requirementsOwn the product roadmap backlog and delivery timeline ensuring alignment with business objectivesDrive user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops to refine and enhance the solutionMandatory Skills Understanding of Commercial Lending OperationsProduct ManagementExperience in Agile methodologies product management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence) and backlog management.
