YOUR MISSION

At Glovo were on a mission to provide the most indemand goods and services in under 30 minutes anytime anywhere. As a Senior Account Manager Health you will play a key role in shaping the Pharma & Beauty vertical in Italy driving its growth and success.

THE JOURNEY

Elevate the Pharma & Beauty category Manage multiple projects drive business maturity and unlock new growth opportunities.
Build strong partnerships Develop and nurture relationships with top Pharma & Beauty partners ensuring longterm collaboration and business expansion.
Own strategic partner relationships Oversee P&L tracking lead comarketing initiatives and ensure operational excellence through seamless product integrations.
Drive databacked decisions Monitor and analyze key performance metrics proactively improving operational KPIs and optimizing partner performance.
Onboard and empower new partners Provide all necessary tools and guidance for a smooth onboarding experience setting them up for success.
Strategize and execute Plan analyze market trends and implement action plans to achieve category growth and performance improvements.
Negotiate and problemsolve Address objections manage complex negotiations and ensure winwin agreements with partners.
Gather insights and drive innovation Translate partner feedback into impactful product marketing and operational enhancements.
Expand our industry influence Build a strong external stakeholder network in the Pharma & Beauty sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

4 years of experience in Account Management Business Consulting or a related field (experience in Health/Pharma is a plus).
Datadriven mindset Strong analytical skills to make informed impactdriven business decisions.
Project management expertise Ability to lead complex initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Problemsolving attitude A handson approach to tackling challenges and making things happen.
Fluent in English & Italian Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
Customerfirst approach Passion for delivering the best experience and driving value for partners.
Ownership & proactivity You take initiative push boundaries and are committed to achieving outstanding results.
