JOB PURPOSE:

The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors is looking for a highly motivated licensed Clinician who is eager to serve militaryconnected children adults and families. The Cohen Clinic offers a variety of services to Post9/11 Veterans Active Duty Service Members Reservists National Guard and their family members. Endeavors focuses on employee health and wellness offering flexibility and competitive pay with benefits. Cohen Clinic Clinicians work closely with a multidisciplinary team offering telehealth and inperson therapy services to clients with a focus on offering timelimited and measurement basedcare. The clinic serves individuals couples families and children. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for working with the military population offering various types of therapies. The Cohen Clinic has a commitment to training consultation and proficiency in treatment offering training in evidencebased practice including CBT CPT EFT CBTI and PE.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A goal of 26 contact hours with clients is expected weekly.
• Perform and document client screenings biopsychosocial assessments and progress and referral information. Provides therapy for individual adults and children couples and family therapy to clients with a focus on delivering evidencebased treatments.
• Collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality mental health care.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision and administrative meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Masters degree in social work clinical mental health counseling or in marriage and family therapy is required. Independent licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred. Associate licensure may be considered with relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of experience is preferred. Experience working with adults children couples and families is required; Knowledge in DSMV diagnoses is required; Experience in diagnosing and treatment planning is required; Certification or documented proficiency in one or more of the following EBPs: CBT PE or CPT is preferred. Candidate must be willing to received training in preferred EBPs. Experience working with military populations and/or Veterans is strongly preferred; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Must be highly organized and detailoriented.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employers sole discretion.

LICENSES: Drivers License with clear record.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
