Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced FOS Recruiter to hire broadband field technicians network engineers and technical staff. The role involves endtoend recruitment talent sourcing and onboarding to support field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit FOS and technical personnel through job portals field visits and referrals.
- Conduct screenings interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce demands.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Work Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
