Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving targets.
Reports to: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

They are into power system management in the areas about electrical testing field maintenance lab diagnostics factory rewind etc.
As a Sales Manager your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving targets.
Reports to: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Minimum travel of 2025 days per month.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
- Work with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period
- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.
- Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in handling Industrial customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
- Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
- 50 K plus Incentive
- Target customer Cement steel metal automobile. Oil & gas power generation transmission distribution(Heavy engineering)
- Dealing With Electrical Department Utilities Department Maintains mechanical
