In this role you will provide CRM logging support to sales teams for both quotes and orders while ensuring that customer request for quotations and purchase orders are handled in a timely manner and fulfilling Emerson quality standards.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Registering in the electronic system all RFQs and POs from customers in a timely manner;
- Ensuring accurate CRM logs based on Emerson standards and procedures;
- Maintaining an updated CRM database by adding new Customer contracts and accounts;
- Assigning CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office;
- Facilitating archiving of all documents used in the logging phase in OCM;
- Providing flexibility depending on urgent enquiries received at the sales desk.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Work and PowerPoint).
