The RS team is the engine that serves our global retirement business as the center of lifecycle investing bringing together expertise in strategy research portfolio management and technology and is trusted with $500B in client assets as of December 2023. LifePath seeks to be a comprehensive retirement solution for individuals seeking a sophisticated and professional way to invest that remains simple to understand and use. LifePath is currently available in 9 countries with a variety of implementations including index active sustainable and custom solutions tailored to the unique needs of individual companies. Since pioneering the TDF in 1993 our culture of innovation continues to this day with the upcoming launch of LifePath Paycheck an innovative retirement income solution representing the next evolution of our LifePath franchise.
The Investment Infrastructure team directs the operational ecosystem of MASS Retirement Solutions emphasizing seamless research implementation innovative product development and efficient operational design. The team ensures constant modernization of our investments platform while leading in the design of scaled riskcontrolled innovation in all future business opportunities.
Role Description & Responsibilities
The MASS Retirement Solutions team is looking for a motivated individual to manage the investments operating platform supporting the business. This person will ensure the businesss ability to sustain robust longterm growth across our global product range and will play a vital role in crafting innovative solutions to the challenges facing our portfolio management research and product delivery functions. This individual will help drive the commercialization of our overall product suite lead largescale portfolio implementations set businesslevel strategy and influence the firms broader strategic agenda through crossfunctional initiatives.
This position offers an opportunity to partner closely with our internal research portfolio management and product strategy teams as well as with distribution partners GPS APG Tech & Ops and the broader MASS business. Successful candidates will be selfstarting leaders who can effectively balance independent action while ensuring alignment with broader goals priorities and team objectives. They must understand and develop clear business strategies while simultaneously excel at leading multiphase projects with various partners across a global matrixed business.
