- Business Development for ArchitecturalSinage
- Explaining product details and installation to existing and new clients via visiting their factories. Helping in manufacturing complete samples.
- Prepare quotations for Signagematerials for projects in tool mplanner/ excel as per requirement
- Taking quotation from Sign makers for complete signage including installation and compiling and making a budget for a project.
- Coordinate with technical team to prepare/ Preparing yourself presentations product technical documents and drawings to effectively communicate to prospects.
- Verify documentations received from technical team and share with client after proper checking & verifying the files. Share reviewed files only after final approval from your manager.
- Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive records for pre sales and post sales documents
- Once a project is closed take up all kind of support required to the client for further working like documentation designs approvals site visits mappings production support installation support at site etc.
- Supporting in getting certain components manufactured from third part agencies as per project requirement.
- Visiting clients including end customers sign makers architects and other design agencies as and when required; visit may be to generate sales or to service the client or to provide any other support
- Need based sales visits to architects/ sign makers/ end customers to showcase our signage systems or clarify any technical queries.
- Build and maintain competitive knowledge of the market market conditions and customer/prospect needs
- Work with manager to ensure meeting customer requirements and expectations. Provide superior customer service
- Identify and act on opportunities for product and market development
- Daily weekly monthly reporting to manager
- Knowledge of excel & word required. Auotcade & power point knowledge will be beneficial.
- Set new targets for customer satisfaction.
- Work as a Leader and guide sales team in the assigned territory providing motivation
- Work as a member of the companys B2B Sales Team providing frequent inputs about strategic issues and operational problems.
- Identify and develop opportunities in new market and monitor the business performance.
