Job Description:

As a French Support Expert at CBT you will play a key role in providing worldclass service to our Frenchspeaking customers. Youll act as the goto expert delivering toptier support via phone email and chat ensuring that every customer interaction is smooth positive and efficient. Whether onsite or in a hybrid working arrangement youll enjoy the flexibility of choosing how you work while making a real impact on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertlevel customer support in French through various channels (phone email and chat) ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively offering solutions that exceed expectations and leave customers fully satisfied.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries troubleshooting and account management ensuring clarity and understanding at all times.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track progress in resolving ongoing issues.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns and improve service processes.

  • Keep up to date with product developments ensuring you have the knowledge to provide timely and relevant assistance.

  • Contribute to meeting team goals and KPIs while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in French (both written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus but not mandatoryjust bring your passion for helping people!

  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to stay calm and resourceful under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and friendly way.

  • Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently whether onsite or remotely in a hybrid environment.

  • Team player who enjoys collaborating in a multicultural dynamic workplace.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends depending on customer needs.
