Automobile Technician
About the Client:
Our client is an Indian multinational ridesharing company that also operates in other business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.
Role: Automobile Technician
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
- Communicate repair updates to customers
- Diagnosis
- Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
- Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
- Perform and inspect vehicle repairs based on customer requests
- System Handling
- Track customer complaints and update the system in realtime
- Operate workshop management systems and ensure adherence
- Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
- Check scooter health for deep diagnosis in the telematics command center
- Technical Repairs
- Possess indepth knowledge of OLA scooters
- Perform repair and replacement of scooter parts
- Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
- Process and Operational
- Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre and ensure clear bay markings
- Handle invoicing and payment collections
- Maintain service bays for optimal functionality
- Parts Operation
- Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory match
- Perform GRN and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
- Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
- Safety and Compliance
- Wear uniform and protective gear during scooter repairs
- Properly handle tool kits and use protective gear
- Ensure availability of firefighting equipment
Requirements
Requirements:
- Only male candidates
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/postgraduation
- Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector
Benefits
Salary:CTC per month including PF ESIC Incentive
