Description

ECP is a marketleading SaaS solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 7500 communities. Were looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.

Senior living is deeply underpenetrated with software and ECP is one of the largest and fastestgrowing software companies in the industry. We recently raised a growth round of equity to reinvest in our product technology and gotomarket. Our mission is to build worldclass software that improves the quality of life for seniors and improves clinical business compliance and operational performance for our customers.

Note: this is a remote position. We do have an office in the Milwaukee area which you are welcome (but not required) to utilize if you are local.

  • Uncover potential leads by calling emailing and writing to Assisted Living Communities and LongTerm Care pharmacies across the country
  • Partner with an experienced team member to qualify leads based on specific criteria
  • Become an expert on our software to help lead demos and presentations
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows as needed
  • Work closely with senior members of the sales team to help discover new areas of opportunity (primary target audience will be midmarket to enterprise level accounts)
  • Track and forecast all activities via HubSpot CRM


Requirements
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Enthusiasm for software sales and building relationships
  • Eagerness to make targeted outbound calls as part of the prospecting process
  • Passion for working in a fastpaced highgrowth company environment
  • Desire to learn be coached and succeed in software sales
  • Ability to write succinct but thoughtful emails
  • High level of organization and selfmotivation
  • Ability to travel at least 12 times per quarter on average for tradeshows and events
