We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Amazons Prime Air drone delivery business an innovative service for ultrafast delivery. In this role you will serve as the primary financial business partner to our Engineering Science & Product teams. You will lead critical financial planning initiatives including threeyear forecasting analysis while delivering strategic insights to senior leadership. The position offers a unique blend of financial management and technological innovation and is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of logistics.

Key job responsibilities
Providing primary business partnership to Engineering Science & Technology (ES&T) organization including budgeting headcount planning and strategic financial guidance.
Leading planning initiatives through development of financial models strategic analysis and datadriven insights to support senior leadership decisionmaking.
Supporting monthend close activities controllership requirements and financial planning cycles.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Developing and refining financial models in creating solutions that scale.
Executing adhoc analysis and providing thoughtful business insights.
5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
BA or BS in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering Math Computer Science) and 5 years of finance experience or Masters degree and 3 years of finance experience
6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience
MBA or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
