The role
The requirement for role is to drive our business growth in the Defence training environment and manage key relationships associated with current contracts. You will manage the growth of these contracts and any associated new work.
You will engage with customers and the associated procurement areas to build a pipeline of opportunities and develop an understanding of upcoming programmes and position Raytheon to win large strategic pursuits.
The role is responsible for all aspects of Business Development and Capture management using Shipley processes; and will be required to help develop the future strategy of the Training business area.
You will also look for synergistic opportunities to sell Training capability at scale overseas and via other routes such as Aukus 5eyes etc.
