Job Opening: SE/SSE at Moradabad
About the Client
Our client is a prominent Indian manufacturer seller and exporter of plywoods laminates doors PVCs and veneers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of dealers and distributors in all locations within the area meeting company standards.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
- Recruit train and oversee managers at each location.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide leadership and support for staff development and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Implement local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales.
- Comfortable with the building material industry (excluding Cement).
- Familiarity with Moradabad location.
