Job Opening: Automobile Technician
About the Company:
Our client is a leading Indian multinational ridesharing company with operations in various business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.
Role: Automobile Technician
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
- Communicate repair updates to customers
- Diagnosis
- Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
- Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
- Perform and inspect repairs based on customer requirements
- System Handling
- Track customer complaints and update systems in realtime
- Operate workshop management and customer relationship systems
- Monitor scooter health for thorough diagnosis
- Technical Repairs
- Possess indepth knowledge of OLA scooters
- Perform comprehensive repairs and replacements on scooters
- Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
- Process and Operational
- Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre
- Manage invoicing payment collections and workshop bays
- Maintain service bay cleanliness and serviceability
- Parts Operation
- Audit and reconcile inventory
- Manage inventory and warranty part logistics
- Perform goods receipt and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
- Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
- Properly handle tool kits and firefighting equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Only male candidates
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/postgraduation
- Minimum experience: at least 6 months in the automobile service industry
Benefits
Salary:CTC per month including PF ESIC Incentive
