Job Description
- Handling daily Air Export shipments and their operations.
- Creating Jobs in TMF for every shipment before as per the process.
- Followup with CHA and transporter
- Maintain and implement daily planning for shipments.
- Accrue all vendor cost incurred at house & Master level.
- Send billing instructions to billing desk within agreed TAT.
- Update & maintain shipments DSR on daily basis.
- Dispatch all invoices to shipper as per agreed SOP.
- Doing Airlines booking
- Doing ASI
- Tracking gate pass and balance
- Doing SDC in Air india Site
- Milestone & KPI Monitoring
