About the Role
Join Sandboxs Cybersecurity Group to drive the next generation of cyber security products by using AI and industry leading cryptographic technology. You will represent the users voice and drive product thought leadership on our team. In close collaboration with the rest of the product and engineering team you will be responsible for building the right product. You excel in project and you drive the development and delivery products that solve realworld user problems. You deliver functional useful marketdriven products on time. The success indicators for this role include product adoption user satisfaction regulatory and quality success timetomarket and business impact.
What Youll Do
- Work closely with the Head of Product to define the vision strategy and roadmap for data products that align with business objectives incorporating ML capabilities where valuable. Establish teamlevel OKRs oversee timelines and budgets and drive the endtoend lifecycle of data products to ensure successful delivery and impact.
- Put our users first by leading a team that works closely with our cybersecurity partners and customers. Through product discovery turning user insights user needs and business goals into clear product requirements. Prioritize features by balancing business impact user feedback and technical feasibility to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Work closely with the Cybersecurity groups Research team to leverage cuttingedge techniques that align with product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (product hardware platform clinical regulatory) to align our products with project plans.
- Be a confident representative of the Cybersecurity group within SandboxAQ and externally
- Mentor other product managers and team members in the Cybersecurity Group
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment driving professional growth and excellence.
About You
- 10 years in product roles ranging from IC to experience with leading product teams
- Degree in engineering computer science AI mathematics or related field
- Strong experience in building and bringing to market AI/ML products and cybersecurity products
- You effectively communicate at the executive level ensuring decisions are clearly linked to business objectives and routed to appropriate stakeholders for efficient action.
- Actionoriented: takes initiative and proactively addresses issues that may impact our users
- Selfmotivated able to work independently in a remote work environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with cryptography and cryptographic lifecycle management
The US base salary range for this fulltime position is expected to be $230k$320k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range individual pay is determined by factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
