Job Description
Lifesteps is hiring a FullTime Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Butler area.
Lifesteps is a nonprofit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years by helping individuals and families with lifes changing needs. Position Summary:
Responsible for providing building maintenance custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.
This fulltime position works Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with weekends off!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance basic plumbing electricity principles basic welding refrigeration and air conditioning systems and/or boiler systems repair
- Ability to read and write
- Must possess a valid drivers license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Building Maintenance Certification
