Position Summary
Grounds Crew must possess the following knowledge skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation using some other combination of skills and abilities.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.35.

This position will remain open until August 8 2025.
Responsibilities
- Assist in mowing trimming and weeding 80 acres of property
- Maintain all mulch and flower beds
- Perform basic maintenance to landscaping equipment
- Mixing of paint and operation of painters
- Painting of a regulation NCAA football field (including gridiron numbers hashes logos)
- Setting and moving of string lines and stencils
- Assisting in the deployment of rain covers when needed
- Putting out pylons sideline covers goal post pads and field goals nets
- Replacing of divots before and after pregame warmups
- Raising and lowering of field goal nets during game
- Removal of pylons sideline covers goal post pads and field goal nets
- Fixing of any major divots
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in all types of weather
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work safely and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Previous experience preferred but not required
