Overview

**Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 5 years experience in hospital based preventative and general repair maintenance to include but not limited to HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry and painting. Will substitute hospitalbased experience for a robust background in general maintenance supervision in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Tech Lead is responsible for preventive & general maintenance & repair of facility and associated equipment while leading training and mentoring other technicians. These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees patients & visitors of all ages. Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • Education and Training: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Five (5) or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Maintenance background experience required hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.
