Role Overview
Reporting directly to the State Manager This D365 CE Principal Consultant will be responsible for the full life cycle of the Presales and in charge of the implementation projects. You will provide guidance to the client to maximise their D365 CE and PowerApps capability.
This role is perfect for a Technical Consultant looking to step into a Presales role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) CRM and Power Apps solutions.
- Lead and support presales activities including client presentations solution demonstrations and proposal development.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and technical teams to identify client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on leveraging D365 CE CRM and Power Apps to drive business outcomes.
- Lead consulting engagements from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and postdeployment support.
- Mentor and train junior consultants to enhance team capabilities and expertise.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
- Extensive handson experience with Dynamics 365 CE CRM and Power Apps including configuration customization and integration.
- Proven track record of participating in presales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem including Power Platform SharePoint and Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead consulting engagements and drive successful project outcomes.
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
