Job Description
A Litigation Paralegal is sought for the Intellectual Property litigation team in the Indianapolis office.
Candidate Parameters:
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting with a preference for experience in intellectual property litigation (patent trademark copyright trade secret).
- The role involves utilizing eDiscovery software (Relativity and Trial Director) assisting with deposition mediation arbitration and trial preparation and ensuring documents are edited proofread and filed in compliance with applicable laws.
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills are essential.
- A paralegal degree or certificate is preferred.
