Position: International Customer Support Executive
We are seeking dedicated and customeroriented individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives in our leading MNC located in Bengaluru. The salary offered is up to 5lpa. Candidates with 1 year or more of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to international travel via phone.
- Provide comprehensive travel information including flight schedules visa requirements and travel restrictions.
- Assist customers with booking flights hotels and rental cars.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to international travel.
- Exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 year or more of work experience in a voicebased role with preference for voice experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in a shiftbased schedule.
- Excellent analytical ability and a logical approach to problemsolving.
