NEW ROLE DUE TO GROWTH! A wellestablished growing financial services company in Austin TX is looking for a Director of People to design develop and implement a variety of processes and systems to build a worldclass HR/Talent function within the company.
SUMMARY:
Lead a small team to design develop and implement a variety of policies and programs that support the talent function of the company
This will include talent acquisition talent management recognition and rewards performance management and leader/manager development
The goal is to optimize human capital in order to drive shortand longterm organizational results
Will work very closely with company leadership
Reports to the Chief People Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
10 years of experience within HR with an emphasis on Talent (i.e. Talent Management Talent Development Talent Acquisition etc.
Lots of experience using various technologies systems processes to build out a companys Talent function
Financial Services industry experience is a plus; but isnt required
Bachelors Degree
